IUCD’s, Mirena Coils and Implants.
We now have a service to fit and remove coils (including copper IUCDs and Mirena coils) and contraceptive implants (Nexplanon). The special clinic runs once a month on a Wednesday morning. If that isn’t convenient, we can arrange for appointments at the James Wigg Practice on a Tuesday morning or a Wednesday afternoon. Please discuss your contraceptive options with one of the practice nurses or GPs.
