Self-care means looking after yourself in a healthy way; by managing self-limiting, short-term illnesses and minor conditions through self-care, it will help to ease the pressure on the NHS. Please await contact from us (via a text invite or call) and do not contact the practice for your booster shot. Our reception staff do not have access to the appointment book and thus not able to expedite invites. You must be 3 months from the date of your second vaccination to arrange your booster

You may be asked to show your pass to travel abroad, or at events and venues in England asking for proof of your COVID-19 status.

If you are unable to see your vaccination status on the NHS app, please contact 119 (not the practice) who will be able to help. The practice will not be able to update this. 

Vaccinations overseas

If you live in England and had your vaccination overseas in certain countries, you can ask to have this added to your NHS vaccination record. Once it’s added you can get an NHS COVID Pass.

Camden Diabetes UK support group

Adjusting to the knowledge that you or a family member has diabetes takes time, and it is often helpful to meet other people who have been through a similar situation. They can offer understanding, help and support. Camden Diabetes UK support group meetings are held on the fourth Monday of each month (except bank holidays) from 3-4.30pm at the Mary Rankin Kidney and Diabetes Centre, St Pancras Hospital NW1 0PE.
