If you think you may have symptoms of COVID-19 please do not attend the practice, pharmacy or hospital, but instead contact us. These symptoms include a new continuous cough, a fever or a loss of smell or taste.

To arrange a test please call 119 or click here. Please note we are not able to arrange swab testing for patients so please do not contact us about this as it may prevent other people who need medical assistance from accessing us.

Temporary Relocation of the Queens Crescent Practice

The Queens Crescent Practice has temporally relocated to the James Wigg Practice until further notice. See here for directions. You can contact the practice on the original number.

For All Other Enquiries

We are here for anything you would normally contact us about. You can contact us by telephone or by completing an eConsult form. We will initially arrange for a telephone call from the most appropriate member of the team who can then arrange the next step in your care, which might include a face to face appointment with one of our healthcare professionals. At the moment, face to face appointments are not available to book directly in order to limit numbers in our waiting room to protect patients and ensure staff safety.

If you need to come in to the practice for any reason, you will be asked to wear a face covering during your time in the practice.

For Children

You can and should contact us if you have concerns about your child being unwell despite the disruption being caused by the Covid 19 pandemic.

Coronavirus is unlikely to make your child seriously unwell but other illnesses or under treating chronic problems can. Do not delay in contacting us if you have concerns about your child’s health.

Trust your instincts and contact us if you are worried. Call 999 in any life threatening emergency.
